Well now is the time when we begin to take down our decorations and try to store them as safely and organized as possible for the next year.  Here is a little tip from my Mom and Nanny, when storing your ornaments leave the hangers on them.  Not only does it save time when putting them away but also next year when hanging them.

Here is my take on Nanny's beautiful small table centerpiece.  I used a wreath as my center and then added a gold beaded garland.  For a pop of color I added red Christmas ornaments on top of the wreath.  Then I filled a martini glass (I don't have a compote) with different colored ornaments and silver tinsel.  And for my candle element I put in crystal candlesticks (I ran out of tapers eep!).  You can make either centerpiece or your own variation and it is perfect for a small table and a definite conversation starter!

Have you ever found out at the last minute you need to bring a treat to a Christmas party?  Grab some pretzel rods and white chocolate or chocolate candy coating!  Simply melt the candy coating, dip your pretzels and decorate with sprinkles!  Not only are they a cute decoration on the table but they also taste delicious!
