Butterfly Cupcakes

So this weekend I definitely had a treat!  My cousin came down and stayed with me and we made the cutest cupcakes for her sister's shower!

So for these little guys you will need to bake a batch of cupcakes of your choice.  We made triple chocolate since those are my cousin's favorite.  After your cupcakes have COMPLETELY cooled you will ice them.  I used cream cheese frosting which we tinted with green food coloring.  After you (or your cousin in my case) have iced your cupcakes the real fun begins!  To build your butterfly you will need pretzels, fruit loops and M&M's.  First you will need to break the center out of the pretzel to create the wing.  Unless you are some kind of pretzel breaking aficionado then you will probably lose the first fifty you try like I did.  You will then place the wings on your cupcake and put 3 fruit loops in the middle for the body.  That only leaves the M&M's.  Take a brown M&M and place it above the fruit loops to create the head and voila you have butterfly cupcakes!  Happy Treats!
