Just because it is Valentine's Day it doesn't mean you have to blow your whole diet with sugary sweets. Just try this: you will need fresh strawberries and Greek yogurt. Simply dip the strawberries into the yogurt and freeze for a bit. You have a healthy snack that is perfect for Valentine's Day without all of the calories. *Update: We tried these after I posted about them and it turns out my boyfriend and I were not thrilled. I do love how they look but we had to sweeten them up just a bit. I would suggest a no cal sweetner such as Truvia or my coworker is going to try using Honey and/or chocolate syrup! Happy Treats!
