So with Super Bowl coming up I wanted to try out a new appetizer. I have a love for dip and for potatoes so I decided this would be perfect! This recipe was delicious and I will definitely be taking it to my next party! Chili Potato Dippers
4 medium russet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder Cheddar Jalapeño Dip 1/3 cup sour cream 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato 1/4 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1 oz) 1 to 2 jalapeño chiles, seeded, finely chopped 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Makes 8 servings (2 tbsp dip each) recipe from Betty Crocker I did find it didn't have that kick I was looking for because I seeded the jalapenos so I have decided the next time I make these I will be adding some cayenne to my seasoning for the tators! That way the dip will have a cooling effect on the tators! What are you taking to your super bowl party? Happy Treats!
