Recipe from allrecipe.com This recipe is a lot of fun to make and it turns out absolutely delicious. It is definitely worth the extra work to make your pie from scratch. After you clean out the inside of your pumpkin don't throw away yours seeds, I have a little tip for those that I will share tomorrow! I used a graham cracker crust instead of a pastry crust. I like the graham cracker crust better but both are tasty. I was able to get a 9 inch pie and about 5 or 6 mini pies out of this recipe. Now all you need to do is add some whipped cream and enjoy!
