I am happy to say I am doing very well with my Workin' It Out goals. I did run today and that about killed me! But I finished my run and I felt great! So this week I was able to get four days in for a workout! i'm hoping to get back on track and closer to running my first 5k this year! What about you? Do you have any healthy goals? Let me know!
