So how has everyone been doing with their resolutions and goals so far? I am happy to say I am doing very well! We have been fortunate enough to have awesome weather out this way so I have been able to enjoy a good run. But unfortunately this week I was sick so I didn't meet my goals working out. I am getting back on track this week now that I am at full health! I found this great "challenge" for Mad Abs in March on Pinterest! It can be found at per-fect.tumblr.com.
