So it has been a while since I have posted one of these. Probably because I fell off track with my fitness...again. I did not feel right about posting work out tips if I wasn't holding up my end of the bargain. So I won't give my "excuses" about why I fell out of workin' it out because in the end that's all they are, excuses. So here's to getting back on track! This is from Tone It Up!
